A lifelong learning strategist and instructional design expert, Amy blends analytical precision with human insight to diagnose business challenges and design people-centered solutions that accelerate growth. She unites HR, Learning, and Culture into one intelligent system, turning disconnected functions into engines for performance, retention, and leadership excellence. Known for her strategic optimism and teacher’s mindset, Amy coaches and develops leaders while transforming complexity into clarity.

When she isn’t working, Amy is passionate about fitness and holds multiple national certifications. She enjoys spending time with friends and her Husky, Skylar, and actively volunteers with several Husky rescue organizations. A proud University of Illinois alum, she’s also an avid Fighting Illini fan.

Carrie Quick, SPHR, PMP

Director of Client Strategy

Carrie brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience in human capital management, organizational design, and operational transformation to her role as Director of Client Strategy at Knewlynk.

A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Carrie has led large-scale people and process transformations across federal agencies including the FDIC, Department of Veterans Affairs, and USDA as well as the Departments of Energy and Defense. Her career is defined by a deep understanding of corporate HR service delivery and the strategic implementation of People Operations systems that drive measurable results.

At Knewlynk, Carrie leads client strategy and PeopleOps implementation, uncovering root causes behind operational challenges and turning them into actionable strategies. She designs practical frameworks, guides implementation, and helps leaders build the confidence and capability to lead effectively.

Outside of Knewlynk, she enjoys health and wellness, Texas Longhorn football, travel, and spending time with her pittie mix rescue, King.

Megan, SHRM-CP

Engagement Manager

Megan is an experienced Human Resources professional and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with over five years of people leadership experience. She’s passionate about helping organizations build engaged, high-performing teams and creating workplaces where people are supported to thrive.

Known for her analytical brilliance, Megan skillfully interprets data, uncovers insights, and transforms them into strategies that drive business success. With experience partnering with everyone from executive leaders to hourly team members, Megan takes a balanced, people-centered approach to diagnosing challenges, implementing solutions, and helping leaders grow through effective coaching and communication.

Allie

Executive Business Partner & Learning Design Associate

Allie brings creativity, heart, and precision to every project she touches. As Executive Business Partner and Learning Design Associate, she supports both the operational and creative sides of Knewlynk, managing key business functions while learning the art and strategy of instructional design, systems, and client support.

Known for her reliability, adaptability, and people-first mindset, Allie helps ensure every initiative reflects Knewlynk’s commitment to excellence and impact.

Outside of work, Allie loves coffee, the outdoors, and spending time with her dog, Sophie. She actively volunteers for a dog rescue serving as a safe transport and groomer. She’s also a musician for her church and finds joy in using her gifts to serve others.
